Therefore, Ukraine will definitely receive all the necessary supplies for victory. Now it turns out that there is a "shell's hunger". Both Russia and Ukraine lack shells, but Russia still has more shells.

         I heard exactly such a fairy tale a little earlier in another place, in our town Dubno. Even all the details match. Apparently, someone is trying to arouse malice in people towards immigrants from the east of the country. Someone needs this discord and they spread such rumors.
