In an interview with The Economist, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi publicly announced that the summer offensive has ended and has turned into a positional, trench struggle. There is not neither enough weapons or personnel for the offensive. Western weapons are provided very late, and not always in good condition. M. Zaluzhnyi predicts that the war will drag on for several years. During last 5 months, the ZSU advanced only 17 km. The situation at the front reached an impasse.

 A family of 9 people was shot dead in the occupied city of Volnovakha. Three women and two children were among the dead. The boy was 5 years old, and the girl was 9 years old. Russian soldiers came to the house and demanded that the family vacate the house for the military. The owner of the house refused to provide housing. At night, the Russians returned and shot the whole family.

 At night, the Russians shelled the Khmelnytskyi region with "Shakheds". 18 people were injured in the city of Slavuta. All are civilians. Two in intensive care. An industrial enterprise and about 300 high-rise buildings and houses of the temporary sector were damaged in the city. There is not a single educational institution that was not affected by the blast wave in Slavuta. The neighboring town of Netyshyn was also affected by the explosive wave. A nuclear power plant is located in Netyshyn. 

 At night, the Russians hit the Novaya Poshta terminal in the Kharkiv region with a C-300 missile. 6 people had been killed, 16 wounded. Among the injured are seriously wounded. The missile strike took place a few seconds after the air-alarm warning signal. People had no chance to run into the shelter. The age of the killed and wounded is from 19 to 42 years. All night shift workers (22 people).

 600 days of war with Russia. Ukraine has no weapons to expel invaders from its territory. Russia does not have the strength to seize Ukraine. Young people are dying on both sides. A lot.

     The Russians bombed Kherson with guided bombs. The city is currently without light and electricity.

 The gas pipeline and telecommunication cable between Estonia and Finland, which are laid along the bottom of the Gulf of Finland, were damaged. The damaged cable is located at a depth of 70 m, and the gas pipeline is located at a depth of 60 m in the Finnish economic zone. It is assumed that the Russians may be involved in the damage, as revenge for Finland joining NATO. The damage was done neither by a diver nor by a small underwater robot, but rather severe.
