The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially confirmed that an F-16 fighter jet crashed during a mass missile attack on Ukraine on August 26, and the pilot died. The cause of the plane crash has not yet been determined. Different publications indicate different versions - pilot error, technical malfunction, and "friendly fire".
