 Videos appeared in the mass media showing explosions in Belgorod (Russia), and in the sky above the city, traces of anti-aircraft fire. The governor of the Belgorod region reported about 4 killed and 4 injured people, including a man in serious condition and a 10-year-old child. 11 block of flats and more than 30 private houses were partially destroyed. Five private houses were completely destroyed. The Russians accuse Ukraine of shelling. The governor of Kursk Oblast, neighboring Belgorod, said that 2 Ukrainian Strizh drones were shot down near Kursk at night.

          Some mass media report that Belgorod was bombarded by Russian "Pantsir-1" missiles. The remains of the rocket were found in the city of shelling. There are no such missiles in service with the Ukrainian army. These missiles can be used to shoot down small airplanes and drones.

          The Russian Ministry of Defense said that the armed forces of Ukraine launched three Tochka-Y missiles, one of which fell on residential buildings after being shot down.

           Kursk and Belgorod are logistical supply centers for Russian forces in Ukraine.
