Yesterday there was a very long air alert, almost 4 hours. The Russians bombed power substations almost all over Ukraine. The news reported that almost 100 rockets and 20 drones were launched. 70 percent of the missiles were shot down. All drones were also shot down. Two rockets fell in Poland 7 km from the border. 2 people had been killed. At first everybody thought they were Russian missiles, but today it turned out, that it was most likely Ukrainian anti-aircraft missiles which trying to shoot down Russian ones.

       **** From about 6 o'clock in the evening until 2 o'clock in the morning, there was no light. When they turned on the electricity at night, we charged mobile phones. Phones must be charged at all times. This is very important because it is not known when and for how long there will be no electricity in residential buildings.

       ***** Today, from 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock in the morning, the lights were turned off again. In the morning I went to the store and bought 4 candles for UAH 45 each. They are probably ordinary large, church candles, at least that's how they look. Outside on the street, just as it's getting cold these days. The weather forecast for tomorrow shows snow. Without electricity, there will be no heating in the apartment because the automation in the boiler will not work. The phone should always be charged just in case.

 Our troops entered Kherson.

      ****** A 3-meter wall is being built on the border with Belarus, in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions. It is reported that the same wall will be built on the border with Russia.

 Planned blackout schedules are discussed in local Facebook groups. In our house, the lights were turned off in the evening, but not according to the schedule, for 40 minutes only instead of 2 hours. In our neighborhood, first, for almost an hour, the lights were turned off to one part of the houses, and then to another one. In general, it turned out to be a 2-hour blackout in the neighborhood, but in reality it was an hour only.

 The Russians said that their army is forced to leave Kherson. However, our military does not believe these statements, and does not exclude provocations from the Russian side.

 For the sake of the experiment in Dubno, authority decided to try not to make scheduled power outages on weekends, and see what the result would be.

 Apparently, planned power outages, which were reported earlier, have begun. Today, the lights were turned off from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

 In the news about the war, we heard that ours exchanged Medvedchuk and 50 captured Russians for 215 of our soldiers from the "Azov" regiment, from Mariupol. There were no air alarms for a whole week.
