 Yesterday there was a massive missile attack on Ukraine. The Russians launched  70 or 80 missiles. Our anti-aircraft defense shot down approximately 60 ones. Odesa suffered the most from rocket fire. There is neither electricity nor water. Missiles also hit objects in Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Dnipro and some other cities.

         In the Kursk region of Russia, a drone attack on the local military airfield is reported. Yesterday, Russian airfields in the Saratov and Ryazan regions were attacked by drones too. Two bomber planes were damaged. Four people died.

 The electricity supply was turned off at 6:45 in the morning. The heating boiler was working only one cycle. The batteries were heat up, but they will cool down very quickly without warming. There is snowing outside, and the air temperature is zero.

 The supplying of water and electricity started around noon. The water pressure is very weak, probably because the pumps are not working at full power, but it is also possible because people are stocking up on water for the future. Landline Internet from "Ukrtelecom" is still not working.

 In the morning, the electricity supply was turned off, as usual, from 7 am for three hours. During the day received a message on a mibil phone about a air alarm that lasted more than two hours. During the alarm, the power went out again. It is not known how long there will be no electricity. Until the end of day, they did not renew the electricity supply. On the news, there was a report of a massive attack on the energy infrastructure. There is no electricity and water supply in Kyiv. There is also no water supply in Rivne. In the Telegram channel of the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, there is a message that water will be supplied today from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and tomorrow from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Telegram channel "Rivne-trukha" reports that emergency protection has been activated at the Rivne, South Ukrainian and Khmelnytsky nuclear power plants, all power units have been shut down. Currently, they work without generating electricity into the power system.

 Power outages continue. On Saturday, the 19th, there was no electricity for almost the whole day. Disconnected at 6 am till noon. Then from 2 pm until late in the evening. On Sunday, there was electricity all day. On Monday, the electricity was cut off from 7 am to 10 a.m., then yesterday, on Monday, for an hour and a half. Today, Tuesday, the outage was for two hours.
