Sasha K. called from Chernivtsi. He told some local news. There are a lot of refugees from the east of the country and from Kyiv in the city. Kyivans, mostly in expensive cars, can be seen by license plates. Those who are poorer walk around the city center wondering and taking pictures. Gasoline in Chernivtsi costs UAH 45/liter. Sasha said that the locals were transporting men who were prohibited from leaving (18-60 years old) to Romania in minivans for 10 people. They take 2,000 USD from each.  Black market's currency converters purchase dollars at 35 UAH/1 US dollar.
