In the afternoon there was one short air alarm, about 25 minutes. As of 1pm o'clock, during the analysis of the debris of the Mykolayiv State Administration, rescuers removed 19 bodies of the killed, one more person died in intensive care. Debris clearance works are ongoing.

      When I was on the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the Red Forest we've considered a particularly dangerous, radioactively contaminated place in the region, along with the damaged reactor of the nuclear power plant.

*** Vyacheslav Kurochkin had been killed in the battles near Kyiv. He was the son of my former colleagues at the knitting factory, Boris and Nadia Kurochkina.

*** Russian soldiers shot and killed Anastasia Tagirova, a second-year university student, who was carrying humanitarian aid to Chernihiv. 

This was reported by the university administration on Facebook. Since the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, 148 children have died and 232 children have been injured.
