Russia says about the attack of the Ukrainian drone on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol. The self-made drone has a low-power explosive device which was installed on it. The Ukrainian military does not comment, but the spokesman of the Odessa administration called the Russian statements a provocation.

       ***** At night, Mykolaiv was subjected to massive shelling, the heaviest since the beginning of the war. According to reports, dozens of private sector buildings and high-rise buildings were damaged. A hotel, a sports complex, educational institutions, and a car service station were destroyed.
