Russia says about the attack of the Ukrainian drone on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol. The self-made drone has a low-power explosive device which was installed on it. The Ukrainian military does not comment, but the spokesman of the Odessa administration called the Russian statements a provocation.

Oleksiy Vadaturskyi, the owner of the "Nibulon" company, had been killed together with his wife. The company "Nibulon" was engaged in the processing and storage of grain throughout Ukraine.
