A refueller

In Ukraine all cars has tanking after payment only. A refueller helps to fill up a tank, but several years ago his main task was to receive a cash from customers and don't allow them to leave a fuel station without payment.
At the beginning of the 90-th, when the iron curtain just had been collapsed and people from our country received a chance to visit the Western States, a man from our town returned from abroad and confided everybody that fuel in Germany are free because he never paid for it.
