Russia says about the attack of the Ukrainian drone on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol. The self-made drone has a low-power explosive device which was installed on it. The Ukrainian military does not comment, but the spokesman of the Odessa administration called the Russian statements a provocation.

       ***** At night, Mykolaiv was subjected to massive shelling, the heaviest since the beginning of the war. According to reports, dozens of private sector buildings and high-rise buildings were damaged. A hotel, a sports complex, educational institutions, and a car service station were destroyed. Oleksiy Vadaturskyi, the owner of the "Nibulon" company, had been killed together with his wife. The company "Nibulon" was engaged in the processing and storage of grain throughout Ukraine.

 The Russian army is increasing the presence of military equipment on the border with Ukraine near the occupied part of the Kharkiv region. Part of the equipment and personnel of the Russian army is transported by railway to  the village of Sobolevka, Belgorod region of Russia.

 The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Russians themselves hit the prison in Olenivka in the part of Donetsk region not controlled by Ukraine, where Ukrainian prisoners of war were held. The authorities of the "DPR" earlier blamed the attack on the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The "DPR" gave the figures - 53 dead and 75 wounded. The former commander of the "Azov" regiment commented that the Russians are trying to destroy evidence of torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

          A video of Russians torturing a Ukrainian soldier has been circulated in Russian media. His genitals were cut off with a clerical knife, and then he was shot.

 From 4 to 6 in the morning, about 20 rockets were fired from Belarus into Ukraine. They shoted the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. Missiles were also launched from the waters of the Black Sea and from TU-22M bombers.

 At night, our troops shelled and damaged Antonivsky bridge near Kherson. Now it can be used only as a pedestrian bridge. It is impossible to deliver military equipment and cargo from Crimea through it.

         **** Russia lanched up the ferry from Yeisk to Mariupol. The ferry will transport Russian military personnel, equipment and vehicles with ammunition. Apparently, the Russians are beware that the Crimean bridge would be destroied and want to have an alternative.

 Rescuers removed the body of a 36-year-old man from under the rubble of the cultural center in Chuguyev. The body of a 30-year-old woman was found earlier. 4 people were rescued from the rubble.

           **** The Russians want to rename the city of Mariupol to Zhdanov. The historical name of Mariupol has existed since 1779. In Soviet times from 1948 to 1989, the city was called Zhdanov.

         **** The Russians fired 9 rockets at Mykolaiv. In total, Russia launched 18 missiles in the southern region. Some of them were shot down, some damaged the enterprise and the bridge.

 At night, Russian troops shelled several communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region. An 11-year-old girl was injured.

        ***** Russian troops tried to reach the border of Luhansk region from three sides, but they had to retreat everywhere.

       ***** Two civilians were wounded as a result of night shelling in Chuguyev, Kharkiv region. The building of culture, where people were hiding in the basement, the officers' house, and the lyceum were destroyed. Residential buildings were also damaged. The shelling was carried out by the C-300 anti-aircraft missile system. The use of anti-aircraft missiles against ground targets is unusual, because they have a small combat load and are designed to destroy aircraft.

         ***** Our military destroyed about 50 Russian warehouses with ammunition with the help of American HIMARS missile systems.

        ***** In Volyn region, our military shot down two drones. Debris of one of them damaged private houses. One person died, several injured are in the hospital.
