*** Around noon there was a long air alert that lasted almost two hours. After its completion, 15 minutes later, the second air alarm began and was also very long. In the evening, in the news, it was reported that the Russians bombed the military airfield in the city of Starokonstantyniv, Khmelnytskyi region.

*** Negotiations between the Russians and Ukraine took place in Istanbul. The Russian side has received the draft and must now give its answer.

 *** Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said that Russians are forcibly deporting Ukrainians to Russia.

 In Belarus, on the road from the city of Rechitsa to Gomel, the transportation of 14 containers, which are used to transport "Iskander" missiles, was noticed. Our Rivne region is usually shelled from Belarus.

 The Ukrtelecom company reported that after damage to the trunk network, the provision of services was resumed in Lviv, Volyn, Rivne and Zhtomyr regions. Services from Ukrtelecom are not provided only in Chernihiv and Luhansk regions.

*** The head of the Rivne administration announced that the stripping of the debris near the Rivne television tower has been completed. The final losses were 21 dead and 9 wounded. The dead boy's body was found last. He was only 18 years old.

 The night was quite calm. There were only two air alarms last night. Authoruty informs about 19 people killed and 9 were injured as a result of the impact on the television tower yesterday. But these are not the final data because the stripping of the debris continues.

During the day, the air alert lasted almost an hour.

 At night, at 2:30am, there was an air raid alarm. The alarm was canceled only at 7:30am. We have never had such a long air alarm before. A television tower was bombed and destroied in Rivne (Antopil), so now there is no local radio and television signal. Only cable TV networks work.

  **** Zhytomyr region was also bombed. 

There were two air raids during the night. One is long from 3 am to 5am, the second is short at 7am. The long air alarm - it allegedly bombed the Yavoriv military training center in the Lviv region, where the Russians fired 8 missiles. There is no information about the casualties, but it was previously reported that there were no casualties. A short alarm - there was a raid on the airfield in Ivano-Frankivsk.

     *** "Deutsche Welle" reports that at the Yavoriv training center 9 people were killed, 57 wounded. 30 rockets were fired at the training center.  Debris clearance and firefighting continues.

 At 5 am there was an air raid alarm. I suggested to my wife not to run to the bomb shelter, but to cover herself with a blanket and continue to sleep. So we did, but we no longer slept, but just lay in bed. At 7 am we got up, washed and had to go to mother-in-law, pick and feed her. We decided to take our "alarm's" backpacks with us. As soon as we were out the door, the alarm went off. The alarm was long, about two hours.

*** Yesterday there was a report that a Russian drone, which allegedly flew from Ukraine, crashed near Zagreb. Croatian police found the remains of an old TU-141 Strizh drone. Ukraine and Russia have such drones. The news reported that the drone had flown from Ukraine through Romania and Hungary and crashed near Zagreb in an area called Jarun. There is a village of Yarun in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. Perhaps the Russians confused the coordinates and flew to the wrong place.

In the morning there were two air alarms. The first after 4 am, the second at 7 am. The Russians did airstrikes on Dnipro, Lutsk and Ivano-Frankivsk. I read on the Ternopil website that three rockets were shot down over Dubno, which were headed for the Ternopil region, or further. But no explosions were heard in Dubno. In the evening, The Current Time reported in the news that there was an attack on an aircraft repair plant in Lutsk. I called my friend Volodymyr in Lutsk. He said that the strike was on the airfield, not the plant. Volodymyr used to work at this plant.

 The Russians reported that they killed the former Minister of Internal Affairs jf Ukraine Arsen Avakov with a "point bomb" strike in Kharkiv. But Arsen Avakov released a video on YouTube that he is in Kyiv, not Kharkiv.

*** Talks between Ministers of Foreign Affairs Lavrov and Dmytro Kuluba took place in Antalya (Turkey). At the press conference, Lavrov stated that Russia has not attacked anyone, does not plan to attack other countries, and they did not even attack Ukraine.

*** There was an air raid at night. I did not sleep because of it. The city of Korosten was shelled from Belarus. Three people had been killed. Two of them are Belarusians.

 Instead of the traditional morning air alert, there was a short one in the middle of the day. It lasted about 15 minutes.

*** According to CIA Director William Burns, the Russians lost 2,000 to 4,000 people in the war. Our military reports about 12,000 dead Russians. The Russian authorities recognize no more than 500 dead.

Sasha said that the locals were transporting men who were prohibited from leaving (18-60 years old) to Romania in minivans for 10 people.  It is  quiet in Dubno. In the morning there was an ordinary, short, air alarm, and in the evening there was an unusually long one, which lasted almost an hour. It was reported that the danger was detected twice with a difference of 30 seconds, hence the long alarm.

 At night, the Russians shelled the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant from tanks. A fire broke out at the station, but the Russians did not allow firefighters to put out the fire. The fire was extinguished later, in half a day.

     *** Our grocery store has almost all products. Even a little more than it was a couple of days ago, but still the range of products is smaller than it was before the war. A few days ago, we could not buy flour in the store, but today there was a lot of it. Much more than usual.

**** Internet from Ukrtelecom has disappeared. I saw reports that the trunk cables were damaged.. The Internet was interrupted not only in the Rivne region, but also in 12 regions of Ukraine. TV news reported that the Internet will be primarily provided for state institutions. Around 4 pm, the Internet appeared, but the speed was very slow.

After a couple of hours, I tried to find this news on the TV channel's websiteі and it was not there. I tried to search through VPN. The news was found, but exclusively on Russian sites.
       It was probably not a fake about planes. It was just reported on TV news.
  *** In Kherson city, Russian troops control the town, but the city hall has a Ukrainian flag. The mayor of Kherson declares on TV that the city authorities are Ukrainian, but they must fulfill the demands of the Russians.

 The Russians shelled key Ukrainian cities - Kharkiv, Kyiv, Mariupol and others. Zhytomyr is the closest to us. On television news, one person from Zhytomyr said that at home, they pasted cross-on-cross tape on the windows. During the shelling, all the windows of their neighbors were broken, and the windows covered with tape remained intact. We also put tape on the windows today. We thought - if we stick it, maybe it won't be necessary, but if we don't put tapes on it, something worse can happen and we'll regret it later.

 In Kharkiv, the Russians hit Svobody Maidan with a rocket. This is the largest square in Europe. Apparently, they tried to hit the building of the state administration. 

   In Kyiv, Russians started bombing the TV tower. 

   The news reports that a large convoy of Russian vehicles is moving from the Belarusian border to Kyiv. The length of the convoy is approximately 64 km. Belarus enters its troops into Ukraine together with Russia. Belarusian equipment is marked with a white circle O, Chechens, Kadyrov military equipment is marked with a white letter X, Russians with Z.
