On the way to Rivne, I noticed that all the road signs indicating the name of the settlement had been removed. They are not found anywhere, not in Rivne, not in Dubno, not in the villages. The territorial defense checkpoint was only in Rivne. There are concrete blocks and sandbags near Dubno, but the checkpoint itself is apparently is empty.
