The Russians have again mined the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant around the perimeter, said IAEA Director General Raphael Grossi. He noted that the perimeter is a closed area inaccessible to operational personnel of the station. The presence of mines along the perimeter does not meet safety standards.
