In the news, I saw that the New York Times confirmed the information that the video in which Ukrainian soldiers shoot wounded Russian prisoners is true. I watched that video. It really shows how the wounded man, who was still alive, but already wheezing, is being shot. The video also showed the bodies of several more killed soldiers. One of them had his hands tied behind his back and was lying in a pool of blood. Apparently, the wound was in the neck or head. At the end of the clip, one soldier says "Glory to Ukraine", and the second replies "Glory to the heroes". All the military speaks Russian. The Russian language is quite common in Ukraine among the military. But I have doubts about this video. In my opinion, the video is staged.

1. The video first appeared on the Telegram channel of the separatists, or the Russian military.

2. Why did Ukrainian military personnel film themselves, if they themselves are committing a war crime?

3. If it was really filmed by the Ukrainian military, why did they give the video to the enemies?

       The British BBC sent a request to the Ukrainian side regarding this incident. Ours promised to conduct an investigation. How it will all end is still unknown.

The territorial defense checkpoint was only in Rivne. There are concrete blocks and sandbags near Dubno, but the checkpoint itself is apparently is empty.

 Yesterday, the Russians bombed Ternopil. It is reported that the object of critical infrastructure was damaged. There are no human victims. The city authorities urged local residents not to comment on what and where the explosion occurred and not to publish photos on social networks.

According to the head of the Luhansk Oblast, Severodonetsk suffered the greatest destruction from the Russians in the past day, six high-rise buildings and a store burned down there, five houses in Rubizhny, and two houses in Lysychansk.

*** Red forest, this is not a joke to you. The first death of a Russian soldier from radiation sickness was recorded. Many soldiers have been hospitalized at the Gomel Radiation Center in Belarus for forced recovery. Experts claim that a person receives an annual dose of radiation during a day's stay in the Red Forest. Russian soldiers dug trenches there and lived there without radiation protection for a month. Most of them will probably die from radiation sickness.

             When I was a liquidator at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, I saw that Red Forest. Pine trees, on which the needles have turned red from radiation, and the trunks of the trees became black. Our Ukrainian regiment carried out work on cleaning the city of Pripyat. The Estonian regiment was located near us, they carried out the decontamination of the Red Forest. There was also a Russian regiment carrying out the decontamination of the nuclear plant. There was a mutiny in the Estonian regiment. The Estonians tied their commander to a tree in the Red Forest and left him there. The rebellion was suppressed. That commander died of radiation sickness some time later. This story was told to me by an officer after I asked him why there are no weapons in our and the Estonian regiments, but there are in the Russian regiment? That officer told me about a riot, after which small arms were taken from our military units.

    **** An oil depot was set on fire in Russian Belgorod. The Russians say they saw two Ukrainian helicopters at low altitude which fired at the oil depot. Our military claims that they were not involved in the shelling, but that the oil depot was set on fire by the Russians themselves. It is not yet known who is involved in this.
