Around one o'clock in the morning, a Russian rocket damaged a multi-story building in the city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region. The city of Novohrad-Volynskyi is located 160 km east of us.

*** Night shelling of Kharkiv. Again a school, library, cafe. The shelling led to large-scale fires. Two people died, another 4 were injured. Air television broadcasting has disappeared in Kharkiv.
