Russian prisoners of war are held in a camp in western Ukraine and in precincts in almost every region in accordance with international law. The Ministry of Justice expects that the Russians will follow the same standards. A total of 51 precincts and 1 camp were formed. If it is not possible to deliver prisoners of war to the camp, they can be kept in ordinary isolation cells, but separately from convicts.
